Upon arrival to Paradise you will be greeted by our guards and shown to your two floor two bedroom villa!

One of our supervising Experience hosts will meet you onsite to give you a brief check-in as well as answer any questions you may have! This is a great time to get to know the staff member that checks you in as you will likely be talking with them quite a bit on your trip! We love making sure everyone is having an unforgettable experience so someone is available to you literally 24/7, we understand that vacation time is truly valuable for you and your family so our goal is to make everything as smooth as possible! The villa does come with housekeeping which is included at booking!

The villa will also be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body gel and toiletries (i.e. toilet paper) will be restocked as needed throughout your stay with us. Be sure to remember to take advantage of our free experience managers services, this team is onsite and can help you set up tours and activities as well and extra services such as ordering flowers for a special trip, ordering pre arrival groceries and just about anything else that you may need! There will be an intro to that team via email as soon as a reservation is confirmed! All in all arrival to paradise is seamless and smooth!

  We came across unit 30 in the Palms while on a search for a quiet, relaxing vacation rental in Costa Rica. The Palms exceeded our expectations, as did the unit. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, quiet, and right on the beach. Everything has been thought of here - they even have their own massage therapists right on the property. Unit 30 was incredible - comfy beds, modern kitchens, spacious rooms. To be able to watch the sunset from both the master bedroom verandah and the main floor walk-out was spectacular.
  The main infinity pool is big enough to do laps or just hand out and watch the ocean. There is also a smaller adults only pool.
  The Palms offers a concierge service beyond anything I've experienced - they will arrange literally anything and everything you need, and the staff is so lovely and friendly. Coco Loco restaurant is around 200m walk down the beach and they also deliver right to your unit. There is a bakery truck and fish truck that delivers to the property 2x a week which spoiled us even more!
  If you're looking for a peaceful, tranquil holiday, look no further. This place is literally a hidden gem. We can't wait to go back.

  My husband and I rented this condo for several nights with another couple in February 2023. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for the four of us. The host and concierge were very helpful and informative before and during our stay. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. We also loved how close the condo was to Coco Loco, a little beach restaurant not more a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who was thinking about visiting Playa Flamingo.
